Plastic Head Music Distribution is one of the largest independent music distributors in the UK and we are seeking a motivated individual to work in our busy sales office. The main role will be in the mail order section where your main duties will be processing orders, setting up customer accounts, dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring the smooth running of the department as well as managing some export based shop accounts.
Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills as well as being computer literate. Some knowledge of Excel, Word and Sage based programmes would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. A keen interest in music is of course preferable!
