Originally self-issued in 1996 exclusively on cassette-tape format, Demo is the earliest known documentation of Tampa, Florida’s COMBAT WOUNDED VETERAN. Like all good punk-rock demos, this recording captures the band in its infant stages, exploding out in a raw, unpolished manner. Numerous sonic glimpses of what the band would ultimately become are omnipresent, as is their churlish—if not outright childish—trademark sense of humor. April 7, 2023, saw the band’s opus, I Know a Girl Who Develops Crime Scene Photos LP, formally reissued and also made available for streaming and download platforms in an official capacity. The digital releases are part of a larger project, wherein Dark Operative will now be administering the band’s entire discography and reissuing all of the 

material in a series of vinyl releases in the months to come.
