Art Of Melody Music & Burning Minds Music Group are glad to announce "Time To Impact", the debut album from the new Italian AOR sensation, Backlash.

Backlash was founded in 2015 after a meeting between guitarist / mastermind Andrea Frighi, and singer Massimo Ordine (ex Perfect View). The duo began writing original music inspired by their favorite acts, Survivor, Bad English, Giant and Journey. In 2023, Angelo Franchini (Crying Steel) joined as third member, which laid the stone for the band's definitive line-up. Skilled studio guests, Massimiliano Mosci, Luigi Bellanova and Mirco Zuffa joined for the recording sessions, while Fabio Fratti and Mario Mutti contributed to the lyrics. Their debut album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Roberto Priori (Danger Zone, Wheels Of Fire, Raintimes, Michele Luppi, StreetLore), resulting in a smooth-but-powerful melodic rock sound. World-renowned vocalist Lee Small (The Sweet, Shy, Skyscraper, Phenomena, Lionheart) joined the band as a special guest in "Cold Case Of Rock ‘n’ Roll", putting the icing on the cake of an undeniable, quality work. "Time To Impact" is scheduled for release on November 7, 2025, via Art Of Melody Music / Burning Minds Music Group. The CD booklet features introductory liner notes written by Paolo Paganini (Melodicrock.it), while cover art and CD graphics have been developed by Aeglos Art (Wheels Of Fire, Platens, StreetLore, Raintimes, Room Experience, Nightblaze).
