Leonardo "Flaco" Jiménez is a Norteño, Tex Mex and Tejano music accordionist and singer from San Antonio, Texas. He was born in 1939 and began performing at the age of seven, with his father, Santiago Jiménez Sr, who was a pioneer of conjunto music. The 1994 album Flaco Jimenez earned him a Grammy Award for Best Mexican-American Performance and he repeated the winning formula with the follow up Bueno Suerte, Senorita released in 1996, both offered here at mid-price.
