The early part of Mac’s career crossed paths with the same era that battle rap boomed. He quickly ran through the ranks, snatching up Scribble jam and Roc the Mic trophies along the way. His reign still lives strong today worldwide through dvd’s and youtube clips. That was the beginning of the loyal following that is still growing strong today. Mac turned to writing after the battle rap world fizzled out, releasing 9 albums since 2002. Touring relentlessly with Atmosphere, Sage Francis, P.O.S and other industry heavy hitters over the last 4 years, Mac has moved over 30,000 units independently, primarily through shows and his online store.
