"Aus der Tiefe" (From the Depths) is ORTUS's first official full-length album. Following two acclaimed EPs, the trio (augmented by guest musicians) delivers a work that plunges the listener into a world of darkness and despair. Originally released on CD in 2021, the album was reissued on vinyl for the first time in 2024 via Folter Records due to high underground demand.
ORTUS celebrate atmospheric black metal that skillfully balances furious aggression with melancholic depth.
