Finally making good on a promise that started in 1993, RAN's recorded output is finally released as part of the Boss Tuneage Retro Series. Sunderland's RAN were one of the most exciting live bands in the early 90s, and despite the obvious LEATHERFACE comparisons at the time had their own unique sound. A catalogue of events meant the bulk of their recorded output has remained criminally unreleased – until now. Between "Out Of Chaos" that covers the bands original demos as a 4 piece from 1991-1993 to the accompanying debut album "Beautiful Songs For Ugly Children" originally intended for release on Boss Tuneage back in 1994, finally this lost classic band of the UK underground punk scene is finally given the documentation they deserve... it took us 31 years to make it a reality, but we got there!
