On their debut vinyl, the RIOT DOGS produce sullen street sounds between TROOPERS, SCHLEIMKEIM, TELEKOMA and BRECHRAIZ. Heavy guitar riffs, hoarse aggro vocals (all raspy!?) paired with the underground feeling of the “Sure there are better times, but this was ours” sampler. 12 German-language Oi!/Punk backpipes, including a jazzed-up version of “Mein Garten” (SK). Otze would definitely have liked it. Also in terms of the statements: Rabid plain texts about “stupid cops”, “unsocial media” or “outlaw punk rock”. “Hard words and the old in-out game”. The main motto “conformity to the scene” is not sought”. And not found either.
The band has existed, with interruptions and line-up changes, since 2011, and the pissed off unfriendliness is their first prank.
