The Smiths' final live performance was at Brixton Academy in London on December 12, 1986, as part of an Artists Against Apartheid benefit concert. This iconic set included the first and only live performance of "Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others". The concert marked the end of The Smiths as a live band, a few months before their eventual breakup in 1987.
