M-Theory Audio is proud to present ‘Solace,’ the fourth full-length album from French melodic punk/hardcore juggernauts STINKY. ‘Solace’ comes 5 years since the band’s previous full-length, ‘Of Lost Things’ was released and while the group’s sound is intact several new members have joined the band leaving just the core of drummer Paul and vocalist Clair. The 3 new members -- Max on bass and Enzo and Clément on guitars -- remain true to the group’s original mission and sound while expanding the palette created. The group has been active playing shows all over France, including key festivals like Hellfest, Omega Sound Fest, Brut’fier, SidFest, WeMetal Fest, and Nantes Metal Fest, as well as getting over to the UK for Manchester Punk Festival, alongside Hot Water Music, A Wilhelm Scream and Tsunami Bomb. Since their formation a decade ago, STINKY has played more than 350 concerts across 15 different countries in support of their first three albums, 2015's ‘Against Wind and Tide,’ 2017's ‘From Dead-End Street,’ and 2020's ‘Of Lost Things.’ While the band's name might seem curious to some, their music is a combustible mix of energy and aggression with enough melody to keep it catchy and infectious.
