The tragic passing of Whitney Houston in February 2012 robbed the world of the finest soul vocalist of the past quarter decade. The fact that Whitney was still at such relatively young age and still had the potential to continue with gusto a quite incredible career does little to lessen the weight of the catastrophe. But as some solace to this we do have Whitney’s quite remarkable body of work to cherish for all time and through which we can remember this hugely talented woman.
