Adetar was a legendary but obscure death metal band from Enschede, The Netherlands. Unfortunately after two promising demo's the band ceased to exist. This compilation CD that includes the 2 demos recorded in 1990 and 1991 for true fans of Old European Death Metal. Second demo ‘Death Deified’ was recorded by Harry Weijering (Asphyx, Hail of Bullets) at Harrow Studios, Losser 1991. Six live bonus tracks from 1990 – ’92, including two never released tracks. Extensive liner notes from Steven Willems (Rock Tribune, Streams of Ancient Wisdom: The History of Dutch Death And Extreme Metal). Adetar members also played during the early 90’s in Ulcerate Fester, Jagannath, Dead Head, God Dethroned or still today in Putrefied Corpse. Partially remastered by Achilleas Kalantzis (Possessed, Vio Lence, Varathron).
