The Swedish band 'The Baboon Show', founded in 2003, released their album 'Punkrock Harbour' as an LP and CD for the first time on 21 October 2011. This is somewhat surprising, especially when you consider that this is already the 4th album by the band from Stockholm. It will also be the band's first vinyl release. All the better that the time has finally come.
After all, it would be a shame to withhold this extraordinary album from the local public. The 11 tracks on the record are bursting with enthusiasm and energy. You can hear that the band know exactly what a good song needs and how it should sound.
You won't find any superfluous gimmicks on the record. And again the question arises as to why so many great bands come from Scandinavia? The band has already been voted one of the best Swedish live acts, which we can definitely endorse.
If you want to see for yourself, you can do so at one of their concerts this year. That's all we need to say at this point. Listen to the album and judge for yourself.
